Summary
In this lesson we explored the project management method, learned the definition of a project and what makes a project different from routine operations, examined the essential organizational ingredients for project success, explored some of the “people” relationships that lead to project success or failure, saw a functional model for project management, and assessed our own project management baseline (or those of others).

In the next lesson we will delve further into the project management model, specifically looking at the planning function and the first of its elements.
