Principles and Methods
This is where the tools and techniques of project management
come in, including what most good project management
software can do for you. Some examples of tools and techniques
that you will learn in this course are:
- How to create a Work Breakdown
Structure (WBS) that capture
the total scope of the project and reflects your management
approach.
- How to recognize a Critical
Path in an Activity Network
Diagram, and how it is used to create the project schedule.
- How to perform a Risk Analysis to determine which risks
to address and which to accept.
The majority of this course focuses on the area of principles
and methods, but always with reference to the behaviors that
these create and the effect on the team. |
