Reporting – the communication plan
A Communications plan documents the communication strategy for the project and describes:
- Which information flows from whom, when, via
which media, and in what format
- Methods to collect, consolidate,
report, distribute, store, and retrieve information
- “Communications infrastructure” for
the project (who may talk to whom)
- Problem escalation procedure
- Schedule for information
collection and distribution.
- Meetings planned (schedule and
attendees)
- Method for updating the communication plan
