The Task Assignment Form
The Task Assignment Form is a standard form used to issue work orders. Project managers, task leaders, and line supervisors should critically review objectives looking for signs of confusion and misunderstanding before they lead to defects and rework. Task Assignment Forms are also known as elements of a WBS Dictionary.
