Good Project Objectives
Objectives should be:
- Specific to what and when results are desired,
- Measurable and verifiable,
- Challenging yet realistic,
- Not too complicated and reasonable in number,
- Under the control and authority of designated individual,
- Consistent with anticipated resources,
- Coordinated with other units and managers,
- In writing or otherwise documented,
And ...
- Individuals responsible for achievement of objectives
should participate in their development.
