Objectives: Simple, crisp narrative statements about major tasks objectives
Costs: Monthly and year-to-date actual cost and earned value compared to planned value, perhaps including variance analysis.
Schedules: Simple Gantt showing, baseline, milestones, and actual progress
Staffing: Resource plan naming assigned team members compared to actual time on project for current month and year-to-date
Quality: Defects and perceived quality, expressed in the words of the writer. Include any attitudes or communications with the customer.
Analysis: Identify problems and recommend solutions. Define corrective actions.
