Project
Reporting – the project management file
An important part of project reporting is keeping a file
with all important project records in it. Files may be physical
or electronic or a combination. They may be in one location
or several locations. Parts of the file may be open to everyone;
other parts may be closely held for a number of reasons.
In any case, the contents of the file should be commonly
agreed, rigorously maintained, consistent, and readily available
to those with appropriate access rights.
