The Project Organization
The Project organization is a one-to-one mapping of accountable individuals to WBS elements. The associated behavior is one of ownership of the activity. The person who volunteers to lead an activity may have others working with him or her, but they accept accountability for the planning, control and successful completion that element of the WBS.
