This WBS depicts a project to launch a new commercial product. You will encounter this project several times in this course. It is a real example that shows what happened at each stage of the planning process. In this first exposure to this project, we are looking at the WBS. Notice that it is organized chronologically at level 1 and by deliverables at level 2. Notice also how the WBS give visibility to the acceptance decision by making it a separate element at level 1.
