Approaches To Organizing
Organizing and staffing is one of the five basic management functions defined by Henri Fayol. We examined team organization at the project level when we discussed the Project Organization in Lesson Three. Now we are going to helicopter above the project level and look at how the organization as a whole structures itself to deal with its projects.
