How are we going to deal with this? There are several possibilities:

1. Ask the task leader of “C’ if the work could be done with 2 people in 3 days. If he or she says “yes”, the problem is solved.
   
   
2. Move “C” downstream within available slack. This does not work, as it just moves the need for 5 people downstream.
   
   
3. A resource feasible solution is to move “C” into the A-D-F critical path. The only logic constraint on “C” is that it must follow “A,” as does “D.”
