Do you have a Capacity Plan?

Capacity plans require:

  1. Assignment of resources from a common pool to all project schedules,

  2. Software to help merge the data and display the histograms,

  3. Commitment by management to set and change strategic priorities between projects

  4. Resistance by management to say “just do it!” (known as a Nike project)
