Activities are represented by arrows. The tail of the arrow represents the start of the activity and the head of the arrow represents the finish of the activity, but the length of the arrow does not represent the duration of the activity.
Activities are represented by boxes (nodes). The nodes are linked by arrows representing precedence relationships and showing the sequence in which activities are to be performed
