Risk
Identification: Diagramming Techniques
Pareto diagrams help project teams identify and separate the vital few
tasks that account for most of the risk problems from the more numerous
trivial activities.
Design of Experiments is a statistical method
that helps identify which factors influence specific variables
in a project.
The project team can
then change all the important risk issues all at once, instead of one
at a time, to see what happens (“what-if” analysis).
Design of Experiments:
Which
variables have influence
over the outcome.
